At Pets On Display (P.O.D.), we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date, minus the shipping charges. Here’s what you need to know to make a return or exchange:

• Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return and full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for you.
• Refund Process: All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund after we receive the returned item.
