Pets On Display sells physical pet products including custom and non-custom pet collars and related accessories.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors, materials, images, and descriptions. Actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or device.

By placing an order, you agree that:

- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- You agree to pay the total purchase price shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected misuse of our website.

All prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

All payment information is securely processed by our payment providers. Pets On Display does not store your complete credit card information.
7. Shipping
FREE SHIPPING is provided on all qualifying orders.
At this time we ship only within the United States.
- Shipping within the U.S.A. only.
- No international shipping.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
8. Personalized Products
Many of our products are customized or personalized.
Customers are responsible for verifying all spelling, engraving information, names, phone numbers, and personalization details before submitting an order.
Pets On Display is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Because many products are personalized, customized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
For non-custom products, return requests must be submitted within the return period stated on our Returns Policy.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Photos of the product and packaging may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins.
Personalized products may not be canceled once customization has started.
12. Product Safety
Our products are designed for pets; however, no collar or accessory is indestructible.
Customers are responsible for selecting the proper size and supervising their pets while wearing any collar or accessory.
Pets On Display is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to inspect products for wear.

- Photography

- Graphics
