Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to international destinations, military APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise specified, or U.S. territories unless shipping is available during checkout.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging, take clear photographs of the package and product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement when applicable.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an eligible product must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, clean, free from damage, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please return the product in its original packaging whenever possible.

Personalized & Non-Returnable Items

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you, personalized or custom-made collars and other customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and products returned outside the 30-day return period are also not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email orders@petsondisplay.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If requested, please include photographs of the item.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping your product back to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Exchanges & Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us and we will assist you with an appropriate exchange or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Because some products are personalized or custom-made, we recommend contacting us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return procedure.

Defective Products

If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs to help us evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
